The Junee Broadway Museum houses a collection of memorabilia and information about Junee’s history.
We are located in the heritage building that once was the Broadway Hotel built in 1914 of which almost every room is now housing artefacts from Junee and surrounding villages. There is also an extensive range of machinery and equipment which is located in two large sheds and in the grounds of the museum.
Our members are dedicated to preserving the history of Junee and surrounds for visitors and locals to view for many years to come.
Junee Business and Trades, commonly referred to as JBT, is the local Chamber of Commerce for Junee Shire.
We host Christmas on Broadway, an annual festival usually held on the last Saturday of November. We also host an annual Meet n Greet for new residents moving into Junee and the surrounding area and invite the various local community, service and sporting groups to have information booths or include flyers in a show bag that is handed out to the new residents.
Junee Business and Trades work hard to help business and trades people alike. Junee Business and Trades is made up of volunteers trying to make Junee a great town to live in.
Junee Golf Club is a public 18 hole Golf Course and an incorporated not for profit entity. Our vision is to be an example to the community for developing healthy mental and physical outcomes by encouraging all age groups to participate in non-contact sport.
Some describe the Club as an institution of Junee and its proximity to the centre of town makes for a relaxing reference point for visitors to the town.
Junee Harness Racing conducts approximately 5 meetings a season at the Junee Showgrounds.
The race meetings are supported by the community with many locals participating. It is a great family night and sometimes day out.
All events are supported by Harness racing NSW and run by Volunteers.

The historic Junee Reefs Ivor Hall was opened on March 24, 1926, on Crown Land with funds (£606) raised by the local community. The Hall sits in the middle of the Junee Reefs Community, which is prime farming land today, but in 1860’s it was a part of a gold mining area hosting over 3,000 people.
The hall has the old country charm of the original corrugated iron hall with timber floors. More recently, the refurbishment of the supper room, kitchen and amenities provide fully enclosed air conditioned spaces.
The Hall is located 23kms north of Junee, 38kms south of Temora, 49kms west of Cootamundra, and 57kms North of Wagga Wagga.
The hall is used to host community events including Anzac Ceremony, Christmas Dinner, Men’s BBQ Nights, and Exercise classes. Additionally, the hall is hired out for private functions including birthday parties, weddings, family reunions and farming forums.
Today the hall is still maintained by the volunteer community members.
